What did you do before Hatio?
I used to be a Warehouse Assistant Manager in a 3PL company and that experience made me know better what customers are concern the most.
Why did you choose Hatio?
Seeking to gain a different exposure made me choose Hatio as it provides me a bigger opportunity to learn something new.
What do you like most about your job?
Meeting different clients is what I like about my job because I get to learn different stuff through communicating with them.
What has Hatio changed since you joined?
The relationship between Hatio and clients is being improved.
What excites you the most about the year ahead?
Having more clients and experience on how Hatio is able to help them in solving their supply chain issue.
What departments do you collaborate with? What is that like?
I engage the most with the product & engineer team. We worked on the feedback we have gotten from clients and improvise them.
What cross-functional projects have you been involved in?
Minor testings. I involved in inspecting whether is there any bugs in the system.
What’s your favourite part about the Hatio culture?
The favourite part I like about Hatio culture is that each individual takes ownership of their own work.
What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
Watching movies is what I like to do during my free time.
